Three hours conciliation session this afternoon at the Labour Court of Toulon. My election as Councillor industrial tribunal, three years ago now, has opened a rich knowledge of the working world county. I belong to the miscellaneous section. Two activities are often used in conflicts between employees and employers: the home help towards the elderly and safety. Two areas where working conditions, low wages, the vagueness of employment contracts lead to instability. There is an urgent need to redefine the legal requirements for contracting in the areas of aid Home and dependence, employment of carers. The current situation puts employees at risk.
The campaign for the cantonal took a good pace. Purchasing power, pensions, declining public services, social insecurity and employment are issues that come up in the mouths of my fellow citizens. Left to power in 2012: we must be exemplary, to have concrete solutions to restore purchasing power and employment opportunities to the poorest.
We will be tomorrow at County Meeting Toulon in the presence of François Hollande.
